Payment and Service Usage
Please note that all payments are final once any service or feature has been utilized. This includes, but is not limited to, API usage beyond the free query limit, the addition of domain addresses for automatic detection and monitoring, or any other service provided by our platform.
Refund Conditions
No refunds will be issued for any paid services once they have been accessed or used in any form. If you have not used any service during the first 3 days of the subscription period, you may request a refund by contacting our support team within the first 3 days of payment. After 3 days, or if the service has been accessed, no refunds will be granted.
Cancellation Process
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date by following the instructions in our account management section or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the services until the end of your current billing cycle.
